Jason is a Garden City Attorney, Board member of the Nassau County Medical Center and a former candidate for Hempstead Town Supervisor. In his law practice, he specializes in employment law and individual rights, representing mostly individuals in employment discrimination and wage and hour matters.

Jason operates his own practice in Garden City and has been designated a “Super Lawyer” for the past seven years based on his professional achievement and recognition by the Courts and his peers. He grew up in East Rockaway, received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Clark University, studied at the London School of Economics, and received his law degree from Pepperdine School of Law.

He has taught in the Hofstra University Paralegal program and is a volunteer for the Nassau County Bar Association COVID pro bono program, as well as numerous charitable organizations throughout Long Island. He is proud to help represent this organization.
